This policy covers realdailycuts.com, our video channels (Daily Cuts and The Implied) and Jarvis, the private software we use to publish videos to our own accounts. "We" and "us" mean the operators of Daily Cuts and The Implied.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms or accounts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.
When you watch or interact with our videos on YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, those platforms' own privacy policies apply. We can see the aggregate statistics each platform provides to channel owners (such as view counts) but no personal data that identifies individual viewers.
Jarvis uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to, and read basic statistics for, our own YouTube channels only. It does not request, collect or store data about any other YouTube user. Authorization tokens are stored privately on our own computer and are never sold, shared or used for advertising.
By watching our videos on YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to Jarvis can be revoked at any time from your Google Account's Third-party apps & services page.
Jarvis's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Jarvis uses Meta's Instagram API to publish videos to our own Instagram account and read its basic statistics. It does not access other users' accounts or messages.
We keep channel statistics for as long as we run the channels. Emails are kept only as long as needed to respond. To ask about or delete anything we hold about you, email [email protected].
Our website and channels are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
